AaronTsatsu Kwaw.

I’m the founder of Scan App. I design, build and run software, starting with protected purchases in Ghana. I find complexity intriguing and consider creativity a priceless gem.

SCAN UPP

Protecting the person behind the payment.

I started SCAN UPP a few years ago with a clear purpose: to help prevent fraud and online scams, especially for people vulnerable to losing money when buying from unfamiliar sellers.

That purpose shapes SafePay. I’m building a shared purchase record that connects agreed terms, fulfilment evidence and release or refund decisions. The aim is clearer agreements, visible purchase progress and a record to consult when something goes wrong.

Prototype · simulated funds
My contribution

I lead product design and technical development using AI-assisted coding tools. I integrate changes, test the workflows, investigate failures and deploy the prototype. Live payment processing is not yet launched.

ScanMarts

Carrying the protection into the purchase.

ScanMarts carries the purpose behind SCAN UPP into shopping itself. I’m building a marketplace where finding an item, placing an order and following the payment form one connected journey.

The prototype brings together listings, carts, orders and checkout linked to SCAN UPP. My goal is to give buyers and sellers the same record of what was ordered, clearer purchase progress and a connection between fulfilment and the payment outcome.

In development
My contribution

I design and build the marketplace and its order-to-payment connection. My current focus is one reliable purchase journey that can be observed and improved through customer trials.

Yenko

More clarity before you board.

Yenko means “Let’s move” or “Let’s go.” I’m bringing the same attention to everyday trust and coordination into transport. I’m building it to help passengers find a suitable journey, reserve a seat for the part they need and understand where to board.

The prototype matches journeys, reserves seats by segment and records boarding and alighting. These workflows aim to reduce boarding uncertainty, make seat availability clearer and help crews manage passenger changes along a route.

Prototype · payment integration pending
My contribution

I design and build the booking and seat workflows, including shared pickup points and views for passengers and transport operators. SCAN UPP payments are not yet connected. The walkthrough is on the Yenko website and uses demo data and simulated tracking.

Content Factory

From a message to a generation job.

I built a content-production workflow around ComfyUI, connecting generation jobs to a web interface and Telegram commands, with scheduling and progress monitoring.

Personal workflow
My contribution

I assembled the application workflow, interfaces and service integrations around existing generative tools. ComfyUI and the underlying models are third-party tools. I also configure the Linux services and backups that support my projects.

Observe carefully.
Then build.

Product designSoftware developmentLinux systemsAI-assisted development

Before building Scan App, I worked as a radar plotter in the Ghana Navy, where I was also assigned the role of Assistant IT Supervisor.

In the Navy, our reporting focused on incidents. I began recording routine vessel activity by type, nationality and time in port, then organised those observations into charts. This created a historical reference I could consult when an incident was reported.

That habit carries into my work today: understand the process, make the information useful, and build something that can be tested. I work across interface design, software development, deployment and service administration.

I build with AI-assisted coding tools and existing open-source software. My work is in designing the product, connecting the pieces, testing the behaviour and keeping the applications running.
